Works and is bright both light and laser just a lil big so I put it on my shotgun

First let me say thank you to the Amazon employees that fulfilled, packed, shipped and delivered this order.the item arrived today in great working order. it's on the charger now and i cannot emphasize enough to future buyers; ALWAYS READ THE ENCLOSED INSTRUCTIONS. seriously. you'll save money and time and emotional health.that being said the item's light is bright. but not too bright. which is a good thing. you won't get observable washout or reflective backwash. think of it as 3000 lumens out but you get 750 to 1000 lumens reflected back into your face.the laser is blue. not kinda, not sorta, not a little...it's blue. and it's distinctive enough to be seen on several different colors, including blue, but if you're thinking CoD levels of range...don't. just don't, o-k?the charging works like magic and it's done with magnets so i'm not a physicist. but it does work quick. 5 minutes and i've gone from red light to green light.now the only gripe i have is with the mounting system. a steel screw going into a brass insert that is placed into a polymer body. longevity is not going to be an issue because there will be no longevity. also the steel screw has a non-captured tension spring that is really small, but it is really important to have so as the mounting retention is proper. my suggestion is to add another spring...or two.in closing,is this perfect? no.is this great?. no.is this worth the money and as a starting point for those interested in such an item? with that i have to give it a resounding yes and that it why i gave this item it's 5-star, initial, rating.i will be updating this review in the future so as to adjust accordingly.now some will have the attitude of "pics or it didn't happen". do i ask for pictures of your bank account number? social security number? date of birth? home address? just as those things are deeply personal and none of anyone's business, what i own is mine and the same applies.thank you for taking your time to read my review.

Bright light & laser

I mean for the price it’s really not bad at all. I would give it five stars but I don’t have another similar product to compare it to that is of higher price. But this thing works perfect. The flashlight is really really bright even for outdoor use and the laser goes like hundreds and hundreds of yards. I haven’t adjusted it yet because it’s raining too much. But it seems pretty accurate. The battery holds for a long time and for $30 for a quick fix that you’re not looking to spend $200 on this is the product to go for. It’s also very easy to install and it’s extremely durable. I’ve drop it a few times and nothing has happened.

*Disclaimer: I use this for AIRSOFT, my opinion wouldn’t be the best for those looking to use this on real steel*I see a ton of these “tactical” lasers and other pieces of gear all over Amazon, many of which are rather cheap, aren’t that ergonomic, or just don’t work as advertised. This however, works PERFECTLY. It’s as bright as you’d ever need, fits nice and snug on all of my airsoft pistols and looks pretty cool on top of that. The battery life is surprisingly long (I don’t recall how long exactly as I used it for multiple games turning it on and off as needed), and pretty durable. It took a hit straight to the flashlight without any major damage (just a lil scratch). Not saying you should go out and have this thrown around, but just know it can withstand quite a bit.

Nice. Easy install

easy to install. beam is very bright and goes long distances. the color is exactly as described. it fits nice not too bulky

I’m happy with the quality of the product. Works well and easy to use as the buttons (on both sides) are right at your fingertips.The only downside I’ve noticed after a few months is the laser projects two dots. I tried readjusting the settings with no improvement.It’s good enough for my needs. I don’t think anyone who breaks into my home will complain. Lol
