Iwant to take the time out to apologize- i was pressing the wrong button thinking it was the on/off button only to return the product stating the reason for the return was the product wasn’t turning on!! I only have one issue with the product thus far and is that you can’t control it via the app. I was also trying to connect it using the wrong app. The size is perfect. It is easy to use )after chatting with AI. The water heats up quickly. It seem durable but is a bit expensive

I really love being able to set a daily timer on when I want my water to start brewing, it’s really one of the coolest attributes of it! Not only that, it’ll keep your water hot 60 minutes and being able to dictate the temperature in which you want it to boil your water! The kettle is very clean and a sleek black. Great value for the money and very nice quality to see on your countertops. It smelled very fresh, out of the package, very brand new. No doubt in my mind that it’s durable and will last a very long time!

Item is defective doesn’t sit in the heating element properly and is scratched inside. I contacted Amazon for a return and they said I have to return it to staples which is far away or pay $8.00 for a pick up because it wasn’t Amazon who sold it. Since when does Amazon co tract with sellers who sell used defective items. It’s ridiculous don’t buy from this seller and I have second thoughts about doing business with Amazon again.

I love my new kettle, it exceeded all of my expectations! It looks stylish and modern. It fits perfectly into my kitchen. It has a digital screen that allows you to control the temperature of the water to a degree, create a schedule, choose your altitude and you can even select Celsius (which I greatly appreciate). It’s made sturdy with the lid well attached, so you don't feel like it will drop into your cup. It boils water super fast and keeps it that way for 60 minutes! I love this kettle and became a customer for life after the first try 💙

If you are serious about tea, you need water at the optimal temperature for each variety of tea. This kettle is both beautiful and extremely precise as well as practical. You can choose a temperature with .5 C precision, and the kettle will keep this temperature in accordance with your program. Our tea is never bitter, we enjoy it more than ever.

Not a bad little kettle, just expected more for the price. The lid doesn't sit flush to the rim, the kettle doesn't rest flat on the base, and the temperature sensing just stop working sometimes. Looks great, and works great most of the time, but it feels like an unfinished product

This kettle looks good, it does boil water! The thing this kettle doesn't do very well, is all the added features. It won't update its software and my main concern - it won't schedule to turn on. Very pricey. Customer service is trying to resolve, which is kind.
