Very rich and smooth
I recently tried this olive oil, and I have to say, I’m really impressed. The flavor is smooth and rich, without being overpowering that adds a nice touch to my salads and even when drizzling over roasted vegetables. Flavorful, High Quality Olive Oil
This olive oil is one of my favorites. It can be used on salads, pasta, or for cooking. Very flavorful and great quality. I also love the packaging is not plastic and in a glass bottle that holds the flavor better. I have now tried two varieties of this olive oil and both have been wonderful!

Broken bottle!
One star because the evo was delivered personally by the mailman, it was leaking everywhere! They placed it in a plastic bag. It may taste alright, but the packaging is very subpar. Had to immediately throw away.
