I put this ( measured to fit) in my very small laundry to help with folding clothes right out of the dryer. It is great! It is easy to put up and put down. So after I am done with it, I just put it down, flat against the wall. It is sturdy and gives me the work space I need when I need it. I would think this could be a great solution in any number of rooms where space is an issue and work space is needed. I do think the packaging could be improved, because my table came with slight damage to one of the corners, but I tried to fix the damage and put that corner against the back wall.

The description says the brackets can hold 500 pounds. I can put approx 20 pounds of weight on it and the brackets start to bow out. The max those brackets can hold is about 25 pounds each and there are three of them so the table may hold approx 75 pounds before the brackets just completely bend and fail. The table looks great with a chessboard sitting atop it but the 500 pounds is just a complete lie. The table I received was very poorly packaged. It looked like it had been ordered before and sent back a couple of times at least. The entire box had to be covered in tape to just hold together. I do like the table only because I am using it inside and I will never have much weight on it but if I were using it as described it would have already been ruined. If your intent is to use this as a shop table then do not because it is trash for that use.

Had to buy wall anchors from HD as the provided screws were insufficient. Used in a small laundry room.

The tale too came in a box that was damaged. The top itself was damaged. It’s beautiful sturdy but packages poorly. Took a very long time to receive and just placed it on the wall during a remodel. I will keep it because it’s perfect for the space. But for the price it should be packed better so it will arrive I damaged.

I waited several weeks for the product to arrive. All the parts were included but no instructions. Be aware that the holes for the mounting hardware were not predrilled. This may actually be ok because it allows you to space the brackets exactly where needed. You’ll simply be required to drill several holes.

Installed in finished attic/ family room for dinner and a movie night. This is a good quality product, coming from a laminate furniture background. Hard formed laminate top and all the necessary hardware included. I'm Impressed by the level of quality on the top finish. Came on a container ship, so 8w at least for delivery, but their customer service is straight about timing and was very resonsive. It's a good quality piece for the cost. NOTE: Post 2020 pandemic the shipping might be faster.

There was a damaged area of the table when it arrived, but customer service responded very quickly and remedied the problem.

This fold down table was exactly what we needed in out new laundry room. It's the perfect size so I actually don't fold it down that much, and I can fold clothes on this table or just set my laundry baskets and other items on it to keep them off the floor. It took a good while to arrive but it was worth it. My handyman had no trouble installing it.
