Works Well
I've tried other covers before and they didn't really help with the marks left on my in the morning. These however really help. Hardly any marks on my face in the morning. They fit well, soft on my face and I would recommend. I plan on getting a 2nd set to alternate when I them.

So Far So Good
Only had these a short time and they are working well so far. I don't think that will change, but it's soon to fully review these. So far they are comfortable and eliminated lines on my face.

Some added comfort, but no effect on indentations
I'm a side-sleeper. While the covers add comfort when sleeping on my side, I don't notice any difference in the facial indentations the mask leaves.

Effective
These keep from having deep marks in you face literally all day. They still have light markings on your face but it is no where as disfiguring as it is without these pads. I have four straps but I just use the lower two straps with the pads because that’s where the straps disfigure my face the worst.They are durable and you need to make sure the seams where the Velcro meet are not facing into your skin because you will look disfigured for doing that.I found out the hard way through trial and error that I just can’t use any face or even neck products when using these CPAP headgears, with or without pads. They cannot get a good grip and slide around all night. So, you are not getting the air you need to breathe through the night.They are a good price because the company my sleep doctor recommends charges about $24 plus shipping for this. However she does make excellent covers for your type of mask.I’m happy with these.
