Using this for a 7800x3d running a noctua fan and duct in an A4 h20. Runs super cool, couldn’t complain!

Full copper cooler for space constrained builds
Second thermalright cooler for me.I bought this cooler for my 5800x3d in a SFF build (yes, I'm a glutton for punishment) and it fits nicely within the small case. It's quite noisy though, so when I can I might swap the fan for a noctua. I chose this one over the x53 because it was full copper and the x53 full copper is hard to find at the moment. If you can, use the longer screws and stock AM4 backplate rather than the one they provide as it's stronger and (I read) safer against board flex. They have an install video on YouTube, which is a must watch as the instructions provided are bare bones.Mine looked fine out of the box but there were a blemish or two on the cold plate - nothing that'll affect performance I think and I won't see it anyway. Colour might not be too everyone's taste but again, I won't see it after I install it anyway.Overall simple to install.... after you watch their video.

For a low profile cooler it's good
Alright performance while on higher loads. Temps are a bit higher than on a normal tower cooler. Generally, don't get a low profile cooler unless you need one. Still, strong performance.

Poor mounting mechanism and instructions
The cooling capability is fine however the instructions are bad and the mounting mechanism allows you to overtighten it easily and permanently damage your motherboard, the screws turn to the point where it will severely bend the motherboard.

Quiet and low profile
I fitted this onto a 1155 processor on an ITX board in a small case with limited headroom. Everything needed to replace my old cooler was included. So fitting was easy although the motherboard has to be lifted to fit the backplate. In use the two things I wanted happened - It was quieter than the old cooler and with a fan that can be replaced if ever it gets noisey and most important the CPU is running cool.

I'm a huge fan of these
Want a cheap fan that's easy to install? But this one. It comes with both AMD and INTEL plates for motherboards, and the video on the page makes it really easy to install.

good cooling, but poor mounting mechanism
the instructions are very poor. they look like they were created by google translate.the mounting mechanism is also very bad. lga1170 is pre-fitted, so i had to remove the mounts for my lga1151 cpu.only the lga1170 mounts are labeled, leaving you guessing which of the included metal bars is the correct one.the screws can be easily overtightened and result in the motherboard bending slightly.once fitted the cooling is quite good on my i7-7700

Good cooler for my 5600
great little cooler I upgreaded from wraith stealth on my 5600 in node 202, it dropped teperature betweem 8 to 10 C on multicore load in R23 while power consumption increased from 87W to 95W, minor issue with figuring out which bracket to use on AM4 as the amd brackets are marked with 3 squares where as the intel are marked with 1700. I used the backplate that came with the motherboard I hope it doesnt matter that i did not use the included backplate.
