Is this glue like tacky glue. sometimes it will leave a wrinkle in the paper. does that happen with this glue. i have watched some youtube them using

This glue is so amazing amd strong.. Drys instantly and is not tacky at all.. I have tried all tbe different glues there are ans Fevicol by far is the best.. I do paper quilling.. The only down side is it leaves ur hands so dry they crack..
