Not working: Don't buy this product
After getting and switch on I came to know that there is no voice and vibration including ringtones. Returned but nobody came to collect it.Only got two calls. For the second call I told exact details of home. They could pick up the items even without my presence. I waited long days.Atlast I came to know that the date has been finished and return is not possible.So I got defective useless item after paying.

I ordered this refurbished product first time from Amazon. Product Quality was good for excellent category.But the phone is not repaired before sending to customers. What ever earlier existing issue was there remains same.In this device majority of people reported that handset keep restarting it automatically in few minutes like 30 to 50mins. A few user also reported that they are unable to access internet on this model device.Sound quality is OK , build quality and keypad are excellent. Battery last for couple of days easily. Charging takes 2-3 hours with the given chargerBSNL sim wount work in most of the cities for this device specially wherever BSNL don't have 4G coverage.Note: Only 4G network supported sim will work.Thanks!
