We used this to meet the new specifications in AQA GCSE 'Using Resources' secti9on on makinh potavble water. worked exactly as we wanted. We were not brave enough to try to drink the water though!

Small and finicky to use. I can't see it being used more then once so it is expensive for that.

Was a little disappointed as product did not work as planned, poor assembly too. But kid said it was fun and got the concept of it just a shame he couldn't see the effect of it.

My son liked this set and it was easy to set up. The only thing is you dont get a cup for bottom to collect water. So I used a glass but the glass broke because the circle was too tight. Maybe it should come with a bottom piece like on the box

Unable to give as gift
Unable to give as a Santa present as the delivery label had been stuck on to the actual box covering the pictures and unable to remove without damaging the box. Very disappointed. Amazon should think before putting a v large label on a small box. Put lowest review as is now not fit for purpose. I am sure the actual item inside is as described.

A Science Project my Kiddo Actually Loved
This Green Science Clean Water Science Kit was such a fun addition to our homeschool science lessons! My son loved building his own mini water filtration system and seeing how water can be cleaned through different layers of filtration. As a mom who just completed this kit with my 8-year-old daughter, I have to say—this is one of the best educational purchases.
