I’m 5’1” 36-28-38 (athletic build) and small is a bit too tight. Also my torso is a bit short so the neck was awkward. Fabric bunches for my height not talking about just length on bottom. I’d go with medium if I were you.

XXXL. I wear size 12-14 and I got XL. It fit perfect.

You may want to get a small. I weigh 175lbs with your same measurements and I got a size medium and it fits me like a glove😍
