The soup maker is fine. We have only tried the smooth option and no other option yet. After a year we faced some issue with the motor but the service from Agaro was very good and prompt. They replaced the motor immediately. Anusmita was very helpful

The first time that the product arrived for me, it stopped working after 2 months. Agaro customer service has been amazing, and they attended to my complaints swiftly and responsibly, and replaced it with a new one which you can see in the attached clip. The product is fantastic, though, Makes life much easier, especially for people like me who tend to live a busy life yet also crave something healthy and tasty to eat. Soup function works wonderfully well. You just have to chop in the veggies or add some chicken if you'd like. Choose the consistency of the soup as per your liking, turn it on and let it cook.

I couldn't even use it once. It was delivered to my parents and was left unopened for few months so it's beyond the replacement period that I could even start using it. It's lights would glow but the rotation won't happen. So I wrote through their website. I haven't asked for any free service since it is out of the warranty periods I asked for repair. But absolutely no response. Hence as a last resort leaving a review here before I get rid of it as it's just a non working appliance taking up space.

Review update 21march26: After complaining to Agaro, they replaced the entire unit. Updated rating back to 5 star. Delivered a new unit as the issue occured within 3 months. 5 star for prompt service from agaro. I hope this new unit works for a long time. Otherwise the soup maker is super useful. 15march26: The soup maker worked so well until last week. Had bought it on 21st Dec 25. Since last 5 days. The blender has stopped working. It blends once and stops blending. I have raised a complaint. Will update review once complaint has been addressed. But until now it was a big help for me as we make soup daily.

Wonderful product. The customer care representative Payel Ghosh helped me in changing when my first product stopped working. And she also sent me a replacement as quick as possible.

Don’t buy this, it doesn’t work. Many people report the same. The only program that works in blend? And even then it’s not automatic you have to keep your finger on the start button to blend it’s a joke
