Good high quality vitamin. I can certainly tell the different in my mood levels, don’t feel as angry or anxious which is really helpful with my menopause symptoms.

when i opened the package the tubs lid was not closed properly and when iopen the lid there was no seal at all. anything could contaminate them .for the price i paid i would expect sealed containers.

The media could not be loaded. Since starting menopause, I have been feeling very tired all the time which is frustrating. I have read that Ashwagandha can help and was keen to try this out.I do like that there are other ingredients in this supplement such as Vitamin B, B12 and passion flower etc. I need to check how much Vitamin B I'm allowed as I do take Vitamin B in another supplement and don't want to overdo my daily recommendation.2 tablets to be taken daily with food. It's early days yet; but I will report back after awhile to share whether it's made any impact. I have my fingers crossed as if it works, I'll definitely be buying more.It's PLA7 for those interested which means while the packaging is made from plants, it is not recyclable; and only commercially compostable; which means you also can't put the packaging in your compost bin.

I like that this is a decent dose of ashwagandha and the passion flower is a somewhat unique addition although I'm not sure what it's supposed to do. I wish they didn't add b vitamins as they seem to be added to every supplement these days which means if you take more than one supplement you're likely going to go over the recommended daily dose of b vitamins, especially b6 and b12. This is not great for the kidneys having to filter out all the extra. Despite this, it does work the same as other ashwagandha supplements I've tried, I notice some relaxation and less stress. It helps to manage stress so it's something I take in the evening to wind down after work . I wish they would have used a biodegradable pouch or glass bottle instead of yet another plastic bottle, especially at this higher price point and it being a product that has to be repurchased every month. The bottle actually says 'made from plants, commercially compostable' but the listing doesn't even mention this let alone go into detail about how this is beneficial to the environment or how to compost it/which bit to put it in to make sure it gets composted.
