Best neck shoulder ice pack I've had
This is the best neck shoulder ice pack I've had. It keeps it's coldness for quite a while and is comfortable to use.

Just what the doctor ordered for headaches, but one chamber already ruptured
This is a nice product and does a much better job of treating headaches than trying to find just the right placement for a cold pack. The material is soft to the touch and feels substantial, but unfortunately one of the chambers already ruptured and is leaking fluid. It was a Christmas gift, so we really only got about 7 months out of it.

Good product, but doesn't do a good job of icing neck
Excellent for lower neck, upper back & traps. It does not do a good job on actual neck column. The part that goes around neck doesn't have enough gel or cooling pockets.

This pack is pretty stiff does not sit on your neck and shoulders like I would have hoped. I have a different brand one and it works a lot better than this one here.

Poor fit
Doesn’t fit well and the neck part doesn’t even touch the neck have to put my hand behind the neck part to hold it in place
