This is sold by the description only, not the OEM part number. It was received in a plastic bag in a plain cardboard box, without any damage. The tool I received was the R86212 which is a match to the High-Torque model and in new condition. As such worth every penny but no warranty. Check the model number on arrival.

Totally happy with this tool. Rigid is the way to go if you aren't willing to pay extra for a name.

I ordered 2 and both were mid torque. They came out of a set and were not high torque as advertised. Came in just a bag and had user manual for battery charger and a small 1/4in impact even though it was sold a just the tool. Check model number if you order one and you will likely find its not High torque. This is a scam!!

Works perfect. It's so easy to change tires now. No cords or air hoses to get in the way.

This tool did not work at all. It was dead on arrival. I sent it back and I'm waiting on a refund. I went to my local home depot and bought the same tool for exactly the same price. I've learned my lesson about buying expensive tools online. It won't happen again.
