Took TOO LONG to ship. In the delivery notes, "it was handed off". No, it was in the mailbox. Let's be accurate.Otherwise, I love my knees massager. This is my second. Gave the first to a family with knee issues. May it work forever. Did such a good job previously. No pain for me since Fall of 2023 with first unit. That's pretty amazing. I've seen my old xrays.
