You can take a tablet as you're rushing out the door. They're great if you chew them right away or if you let them dissolve. The flavor is nice, not too strong, which is nice. I get a boost of energy after taking them, so I believe they're working for me.

Tastes good but I wish they would put it in a flip open top instead of the twist off. That make getting to the product way more convenient.
