Meguiar's Professional D170 Detailer Hyper-Dressing, 1gal

Meguiar’s Hyper Dressing is hands down the BEST detailing product I’ve ever used. Period. I don’t normally rave about products like this, but this stuff deserves it. The finish is unbelievable. It makes tires, trim, plastics, vinyl, and the engine bay look insanely rich and clean without looking greasy or cheap. Everything looks deep, dark, and brand new. It honestly gives that professionally detailed showroom look with very little effort. What shocked me most is how versatile it is. You can dilute it for different finishes, but even better, a little goes an incredibly long way. One bottle will last forever. The value for the money is ridiculous considering the results you get. I’ve used countless detailing sprays and dressings over the years and nothing has come close to this. Some products look good for 10 minutes then fade or sling everywhere. Hyper Dressing actually lasts and keeps that fresh detailed look. This is one of those rare products where after using it the first time, you immediately know you’ll never buy the old stuff again. Absolute game changer.

As a professional detailer it’s important for me to have a good dressing. Especially for tires. I want maximum shine with good longevity for my clients. I’ve tried so many tire dressings and always end up getting either the Hotshine or Superior Products spray on Tire dressing and quite frankly buying those regularly for a business becomes costly. I decided to grab a jug of this stuff because the cost is right, it can be diluted, and I’m a huge fan of Maguiar’s products. This stuff did not disappoint when I first used it! I applied the dressing at full strength and as you can see on the photos I attached, the shine is incredible and it lasts for a long time! Another use I found for the dressing is on all weather car mats that are faded. This revives the look of those so well and effectively revives the original look of the mats. What’s great is this stuff can also be used on interiors as well if you happen to like the glossier look after a fresh cleaning of your vehicle. The product is super thick and the fact that this product is so versatile, it’s now going to be a must have, always stocked, chemical in my arsenal!

I use this solely as my interior dressing for my 3 vehicles. I mix it 1:1 in a spray bottle and I love the results. Gives a smooth, glossy shine that repels dust and lasts. I buy the gallon size because it makes 8 1 liter spray bottles. If you look at the price of a single spray bottle and compare to the gallon price, that is a HUGE value. If you dilute it even further you get even more use. I don’t use it as a tire dressing… I found other products that I like better. I will definitely purchase again.

This dressing smells amazing. It is very easy to apply. It has a deep shine on plastic and tires. Can use inside or out. You can add water. The more the less the shine. Love this product.

Omg you must buy this! I love this stuff! I live on a dirt road, so I’m constantly washing my tires and wheels. This stuff creates some type of impenetrable barrier!!! I can apply it on Sunday and spray off the dirt daily and it still looks fresh for about a week!

At this point, if it has Meguiar’s on it, it’s basically already approved in this house. My boyfriend absolutely swears by their Hyper Dressing, and I’ve learned not to question it—everything he uses it on ends up looking ridiculously clean and like it just rolled out of a showroom. We haven’t cracked open this bottle yet, but considering how many times he’s repurchased it, I’m confident it’s about to work its magic again. Five stars for brand loyalty, shiny results, and for making things look way more expensive than they actually are.

I've been using Meguiar's D17001 Hyper Dressing and it really adds a nice shine to my car's trim. It's pretty handy because i just dilute it and spray it on. sprayed some on my tires and around the windows after cleaning, and the gloss looks fresh without being greasy. it’s been great for keeping my car looking polished during my weekend drives 🚗. definitely a good product to keep in your garage for quick touch-ups, and it lasts pretty well too. glad i picked this up — makes my car look nice with very little effort.

This is the best detailing dressing (not for paint). It makes every job look excellent with easy to apply.

Good stuff. 50/50 mix works great on tires with super deep shine.
