I had to return this one. Didn't work for what I needed it to do.

I would do zero stars if I could. I've only had this tablet for 6 months. It has stopped letting me go from app to app without having to restart. The icons on the bottom of the screen that allow you to leave an app don't show up. The settings icon no longer works so I can't go to settings to see what's wrong. It will no longer download anything and there is plenty of room. All it does is spin and say pending. I have two apps that are stating they need an update to continue to play and it will not update anything either. The seller, Cooper's, was rude and even though there is a one year warranty on these tablets, they told me to return it to them at my expense. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!

The Tablet is too high quality, big size and the battery is great!!!! My daughter uses it all the time and it works completely well

Shipping time was good. Nice big screen compared to my old 8" screen.Was there a Thank you note for buying Cooper tablet brand and instruction booklet? NOPE! Just a note how to reboot your tablet, plus charge cord.After battery fully charged, checked to see how much power it uses. It uses A LOT really fast! While ordering on line, it went from 76% to 36% in about two hours. The website I was ordering from more likely did use a lot more data than just surfing. However while watching videos the power usage wasn't much better.Price was good and it works.I ALWAYS get the extended warranty just in case! I've never had anything go wrong when I bought the extended warranty. However when I didn't get the extended warranty, things broke days after mfg. warranty expired.Would I buy another, based on price, and under $50, yes!

Good tablet but every other week it loses internet for hours and sometimes take a couple days for it to come back it somethin with ipaddress all the time

I had one of these tablets for 3 years and really liked it so when it wore out I bought this one thinking it was the same. I already had the detachable key board and the nice cover and cords so it seemed like the sensible purchase.However this is not at all like my original and has many annoying changes that are making it unpleasant to use. I will have to buy a different one as daily use on this is too nerve wracking.#1) tablet does not turn horizontal when the cover is set up for horizontal use. If I enter through Google the tablet stays vertical so I can't use the cover.#2) When I enter through Chrome is is horizontal but after you go to 1 site you no longer get to the search page. A page with tabs comes on but clicking on the tabs doesn't open to the search page no matter what. That means I have to go back to Google search page which is only verticle.#3 My previous tablet took great photos and I used that constantly, this tablet the photos are blurry and too light. Not sharp clear printable pictures. After trying several times I had to go retake pictures with my phone.#3) This tablet is very slow, my original Cooper table was super quick even with a hot spot. Where I live now I have the best super fast fiberoptic internet and there is always a delay of 7-10 seconds changing sites.#4) this tablet has the worst keyboard and space bar has to be hit harder than the other keys, I keep having to go back to add spaces because the words are all running together.#5) jumping- in the middle of doing things it suddenly jumps back to the opening page leaving my project out in cyber space, and I have to go back to my Chrome book to start all over because I can't retrieve my work in tabs like I should be able to.All in all not worth it. Get a different brand even kids will be frustrated with this inferior tablet.

The tablet was perfect..camera was very good..alot of features and the memory was alot

I bought 2 one for each of my kids and I had them for 3 days and my 9 yr old plugged it in to charge and we smelt burning plastic, sure enough the back of the tablet had a small smooth piece from melting and it was super hot, fortunately I was home because he didnt notice the smell, it scares me if i wasn't home it would have caught fire..I never return anything but because of the risk I made sure to and I also dont right reviews but I just want to warn other parents out there..the quality was like a very old tablet and wont load big apps
