Maxima 80916 Waterproof Grease - 16 oz. Bottle , BLACK

This stuff is amazing, and not just for cars/trucks. I use it for all sorts of tasks around the ranch, it lasts forever, is weather resistant, works after getting hay dust in it, etc. I also use it for all the trailer hauling on the ball / receiver and any other moving part.

Best grease for bike assembly and service!

This is some good grease. I ordered two, and both came intact without any problems. The smell is of automotive grease, but it is not as strong a smell, like it only has 50% of the depth of smell, it is not as pungent. It is still thick, after all, it is still grease. It is blue. It is sticky and works well. I use popsicle sticks and chopsticks as my application tool for most things, but sometimes you just got to use a pair of gloves and your hands to get the parts greased up correctly. Would recommend it. It works really well and does lock out water from getting into your protected parts.

Excellent grease that I have been using for a decade on motorcycles. It has the perfect thickness that makes it easy to apply and is tacky which helps it stay where you apply it while also resisting water wash out. This is a great choice for swingarms, linkages, and steering stem bearings. It works exceptionally well when installing needle bearings. The grease has just the right viscosity to apply easily to the needles without shifting them and enough tackiness to keep the needles from falling out during install.

This is a thick grease that will last year‘s in years. It’s made for larger size lubrication points. If you’re using this on RC cars are little tiny things that should spin it might lag them.I see people here complaining about this if you’re going to use it on an RC car and get something lighter. Otherwise the stuff is excellent for my mountain bike from my petals to my headset to everything else on my bike and my car

I recently ran into a bit of a headache when the bearing cage in my headset snapped while I was tearing it down for a deep clean. I used this grease to hold the loose bearings in place during reassembly, and it worked like an absolute charm. The tackiness is perfect—it keeps everything exactly where it needs to be so you aren't fighting to keep bearings from rolling away while you're putting the headset back together. Beyond that little save, this stuff is fantastic for everything else on a bike. It’s my go-to for lubing up my seat post and threading bolts to prevent that dreaded corrosion and seizing that happens all too easily if you live near the coast or ride in wet conditions. If you do your own wrenching, this 16 oz. bottle is a great value that’ll last you a long time.
