Lovely bread bin
This is an excellent product, well made, seems quite sturdy, easy to use.16L capacity is a decent size, perfect for our family’s baked goods storing needs, keeping them nice and fresh. The lid sits over the bin firmly, but can still be lifted by the handle with one hand easily. Wipeable and easy to clean. It Looks stylish in the kitchen too, goes well with my other kitchen appliances.Helps to keep bread fresher longer, No more extra baked items piled up, it all fits in.

Bread bin
Paid £44 for this bread bin didn't think the letters where just stuck on but the A keeps falling off. Not worth the price at all

Looks fantastic
We're very pleased with this bread bin. Looks better than the picture and it looks wonderful on our kitchen counter.

there are cars with less boot space
for a start this bread bin is huge. there's absolutely no worry about if your bread is going to fit or not. I currently have a whole fresh loaf, teacakes and wraps in there and still have space for more.while the main construction is metal the lettering is plastic and feels like a knock could easily take a letter off. the inside of the lid is also plastic which i'm not a huge fan of as it makes the lid in no way feel as good as the rest of the bread bin

Cheap feeling, rough on the underside of the lid, covered in marks
This is a capacious metal bread bin, with a lift off lid. The bread bin was supplied in two layers of manufacturer box, a plain brown shipper and a colourful retail box. Both boxes were sealed with plastic discs and inside the lid and bread bin were both wrapped in plastic bags. Since this isn’t one of the categories of item where plastic wrap is required for shipping (such as items containing li-ion batteries), this is just a poor choice in terms of environmental impact. Other brands use paper for this type of job, with no ill effects. The bread bin itself is OK. Its looks are quite nice, but some of the high shine silver-coloured elements are painted plastic and look poorer quality, and the shiny silver metal top shows fingerprint smudges really badly. This didn’t arrive dented, but the metal it’s made from is thin, noisy when moved, and feels as though it would dent easily. There are foot pads on the underside of the bin to stop it marking the surface of a worktop/table, though these are very basic quality foam and do not feel at all durable.I was really unimpressed by the lid - which has sharp-feeling metal edges on the underside that aren’t nice at all, and arrived dirty with lots of thick black marks along the edges of the sides and top. With a bit of patience these come off - but a brand new bread bin priced at around £45-50 from a big name brand should not turn up in this kind of state.

Great capacity, looks good too.
In a nutshell:Things I liked:+ Plenty of space inside for at least two full white loaves, plus additional bread products. The shape essentially maximises the internal space available based on the footprint. It basically has the benefits of being as square as it could be while still having rounded corners to look nice. I noticed that other bread bins tend to have a more stylized shape, which ultimately reduces the capacity.+ It looks great on the kitchen counter.+ The design is nice with the black walls and chrome finishing. The ring on the top not only makes it easier to get inside, it also prevents me from stacking things up on top of it, which is for me a bonus as I'm not massively disciplined when it comes to not putting things on top of other things in the kitchen!Things I didn't like:- Fingerprints are a real thing on the chrome lid. Any prints or grease on your fingers and it'll stay there until you clean it off.- The price of £44 seems a little high. I noticed that most similar bread bins on Amazon tend to be in the £25 to £35 range, including a number from Tower themselves.Do I recommend it?Yes, but this is a little dependent on the price. Simply as a bread bin (and not considering the price at all), I'm very happy with this. The capacity inside is excellent allowing for plenty of different-sized bread products. While I've not tested the other bread bins available on Amazon, £44 is a fair bit more expensive than other similar offerings, although the other ones I've seen perhaps don't seem to be quite as efficient in terms of the capacity for the footprint. If the price comes down to anything like the £35 range, I think this is very much a winner. At £44, it's a judgment call on your part but I'll conclude by saying that I'm happy with this bread bin.

A good bread bin
This is a good bread bin. It's very big. Easy to clean. Looks good on the worktop in the kitchen. I'm very happy with this. I would recommend.
