Connex COX781336 Plastics Rubbing Board with Sponge Rub

As self-study DIY'er, I felt I wasted a lot of time sanding finishing plaster in one of the rooms so I wanted to try the wet finish in the other. This worked so well and made the finish look spotless. The sponge washes off well and will easily be used for other rooms. Great value for money for the task it was needed for.

I was a bit sceptical buying this, I use a sponge float every day and have only used refina. I thought I’d give it a go with this one being half the price and now I wouldn’t go back. This is the second one I’ve bought. Excellent value and actually last longer than refina.

It will do the job no problem but for me I use it when I plaster over old walls on reskim work after 2nd coat if the suction is up down and I find this to small for me. It’s easy to clean and it dose last well and the price is ok. I’d just prefer a bigger one.

Brilliant bit of kit, make sure to give it a good rinse after.

Really nice feel to it, the handle is depressed at the ends, which gives an excellent fit your finger, beautiful grip, nice product, probably going to buy two more for future use.

Haven't yet used but seems good quality. About to do another ceiling to see if sponge floating is as good as some say

I used for a job i planned, i cleaned and left to dry in the garden, the sun ruined the ornage sponge and started flaking off.
