Great book for my degree! Easy to read and understand with lots of useful diagrams and examples!However, the pages are in the incorrect order :( chunks of page numbers can be skipped and found later on in the book. It's quite difficult to find the correct page number in a hurry.This doesn't ditract from the excellent content of the book though!

It was a good book!

Excellent book - got me through college! Learn how to behave, how to change the way you behave, how to change the way others behave, and how to even train your cat to behave better. It's all in this glorious textbook! Absolutely a must if you are trying to get people to do what you want them to do.

The language is easy and the examples add to the understanding of theory. The practice exercises are helpful.

this book gives you the theoretical direction of how to go about applying the principles of behaviour therapy. It is very instructive with a step by step descriptions of what to do. I cannot recommend this book more.
