This little phone light impressed me. I didn't think it would really make that much of a difference, but after a few tests, I was shocked at how well it works to brighten up photos and videos shot on my phone. Depending on the quality of your phone in low light, you probably only need to use the dimmest setting of the light to make everything look great as long as it's fairly close to your camera. For subjects that are farther away, you'll want to dial up the brightness of the light so that it reaches your subject. The three different light temperatures (modes) are a nice feature, although I really think you'll only need to use the cool-warm light (the combo of the white and warm LEDs) for shooting most subjects because it projects the most realistic tones that are pleasing to the eye. The clamp holds the light pretty securely to the back of the phone, or there is a small clip that you can attach to the top of your phone and face forward if you're shooting a selfie, and the clip is stronger than I expected. If you can practice a bit shooting photos/videos with your back camera, you'll always get better quality because the back camera is always better than the front-facing camera. Overall, I would highly recommend this light for anyone shooting photos/videos on their phone. Even for full cameras it has a tripod mounting screw so you could use it for that, too, and it would work just as well. I even used it a few times as a flashlight while I was camping!

This light was great for about 2 weeks. The clip on the bottom isn’t the most stable, so while i was setting it up, it let go. After hitting the ground it never worked again.

This light has me so frustrated! 1. There is no way to get the clipped screwed/attached to the light. I watched the video on the Amazon product display and I could continue trying to screw to get it to fit into the screw hole and it would never happen. Not sure if a part is missing. 2. I charged the light before I started using it and it didn't even last for 10 minutes. I was so frustrated. I'm still frustrated.
