Hands down the best thing I’ve purchased all year. I’m glad I went with this option over others due to the ability to raise and lower the height of the step where others tend to only provide one height for step. Product is sturdy, relatively easy to assemble and has provided my mother the autonomy to get in and out of bed with an ease that she has not experienced in years.

The product is very sturdy and well made. However, I bought this because my mom broke her hip and needed some assistance to get into bed and the low 3.9" was just the right height. However, the 3.9" is only for the step stool with no handle attached. When you attach the handle, the lowest height you can make it is 6.3" which was too high for my mom to step up on. So I was disappointed that she really couldn't use this and I think the company can make their advertisement a bit clearer on this point. If I wanted a step stool with a 6" step, there were plenty of cheaper options that I could have bought. I purchased this one thinking that the 3.9" would work with the handle and would be a good starting point for her.

We have a step down in the middle of our bathroom which can be quite dangerous. I’ve had a half-step next to it for years to help me get down but as I’m getting older I’ve found my balance is off and sometimes my arms will come out trying to keep my balance. Falling on a hard tile floor would be disastrous so I was looking for a rail of some kind to make my half-step safer. When I saw this it was a game changer. Out with the old half-step and in with this one. It’s fantastic! There is a very grippy rug-like top on it so when my feet are wet it is super safe and the handle is very sturdy. Since I only needed a half-step I didn’t use any of the legs to raise the step higher, it was the perfect height right out of the box. The handle was easy to just stick in the side holes and set it to the right adjustable height. The step is heavy enough not to shift on the tile floor either.

Heavier than expected. Very sturdy. Gives a solid sense of confidence when using. A larger foot print than imagined, but accurate to description. Instructions for putting handle side together a little confirming, but it came together in the end.

Great use for helping me get into the bed.

I paid a lot more to have that bit of extra width to stand on. It was well worth it. It is solidly made, and I’m very happy with it. I use it all the time every day. I’m in and out of my bed all day long. Love having the handle to grab, it can be screwed on tight and still be a little bit wobbly but it holds. I am morbidly obese due to severe medical issues. This holds me no problem. There is no give. I would buy again and also having that extra width when you are very large is absolutely necessary. Because your feet cannot stand as close as they used to. Good buy. Really helps getting in and out of bed.
