Portions are a good size and they seal well. Works good from freezer to microwave.

Best deal on Amazon .These will hold meals for seniors for a couple months in your deep freeze. I put Chinese food in them and make my own steamed rice. Super handy. BPA free. I just take off the top part and turn another black tray over for a microwave cooking lid. Easy to wash and rinse. Many uses before they eventually split. If placed in the deep freezer take off the lids carefully. Only takes about 4-5 minutes to heat a full tray in the microwave.
