Pride and Prejudice (Masterpiece Library Edition): Master Library Editions

This is a beautiful book (although heavy!) and my Granddaughter was thrilled to get it for her sixteenth birthday!

...even for myself. A lovely book, appears well made, and looks impressive, far better than any paperback. The cover and gold edges are superb. the pages seem not as thin as some claim, and I can only suggest if you're an Austen fan (myself) then well worth it, or for someone else in this case, who is likewise so.

The cover is impressive, the story is very interesting.

Great shelf piece

I loved this book. There was a bit of damage on right corner, didnt send back as was taking it on holiday to read. Would have given five stars if it wasn't damaged

Had to be returned and replaced twice, due to poor packaging resulting in damage. Third time was intact and undamaged. The book itself was 5 star - really nice edition, good print size, beautiful cover and lovely gold edging. Was a gift for someone else and was greatly appreciated.

I got this book as I love the film

Llego antes de la fecha programada bien empacado sin ningún daño, el trabajo de la cubierta es muy bueno es de lino, con la oferta del 10% si compras 2 libros es una ganga (pasta dura, grande) yo adquirí eses y jane eyre de la misma editorial, nunca he entendido x que la gente usa libros (que no ha leido que no saben de q se tratan) como decoración, habiendo tantos libros maravillosos como estos en pasta dura, estos libros sustituirán a mis versiones viejitas y usadas, el libro en sí es fantástico y leerlo en el idioma original es genial, altamente recomendable

Was ist das bitte für eine schöne Ausgabe? Ich wollte unbedingt eine englische Ausgabe und diese ist einfach wunderschön und hat sogar einen goldenen Farbschnitt. Tolle Verarbeitung. Ich bin begeistert

Perfect conditions. It come inside a plastic bag to prevent it from getting damaged. The book is of a dark green hardcover, with cloth spine binding and an imprinted gold floral design. The pages are sprayed gold and it comes with a ribbon bookmark. I recommend highly it is of very good quality, my copy had only a very tiny bend on a corner but hardly visible at all.
