Excellent Replacement
I am a contractor, and often I am wearing a hard hat. Often, however, it’s rolling around in the back of my truck, and at some point the strap broke. I ordered this one, and it’s actually been a good bit. Now, after many hours of use, I can say with confidence that this is a quality replacement product. Popped right in my hat, looks just like the original, and is light and adjusts easily for a comfortable fit. Excellent purchase.

Great harness for some older hard hats.
Same durability as the original harness. The leather sweat band is nicer then plastic ones for comfort. The ratchet system is great for functionality.

Nice fit
This is my third replacement for the hardhat. It almost Nevers blows off in the wind, which I love. However the holes gap out on suspension and it is really brittle in the extreme cold.
