Runs a long run cat6 to a one-off reolink
All my reolinks are wifi, but I have one that is far and away outside of the range. I do have a wired connection nearby so I was debating using a wifi repeater/bridge or one of these PoE injectors. This works like a champ and allowed me to buy a cheaper camera (generally PoE cameras are cheaper than wifi) and I have had no issues so far. simple solution for those just needing a single PoE device and don't need to rewire your whole system to support one device.

Works well but it has no mounting options and is expensive
Ok, so let me get into what I liked about this and what I would change. First off, ignore the 1-star review by Phil. It seems they don't know what a POE injector is and rated this low because it didn't do what they thought it could. This device allows you to power POE-enabled Ethernet devices without having to run a separate power cable or have a POE network switch, which is great for security cameras or access points. This is exactly what I used it for. This device has a maximum output of 30 watts, which is plenty for a single security camera or wireless access point. However, before you buy this, you should check to see how many watts of power the device you're looking to power requires. Some larger cameras and larger outdoor access points require more than 30 watts of power. In terms of speed and performance, I am getting the full gigabit over CAT6 to my security camera, so no issues with speed. It provides the power my camera needs with zero issues. Now, what I would have liked to see is a mounting plate. My other injectors have the ability to be wall-mounted; this does not, so it's going to hang out and be free. For some, that might not matter, but for people like me who like a clean network closet, this bothered me. Some peel-and-stick Velcro fixed the issue, but it would have been nice if it had a native mounting option. As this is targeted towards your everyday working individual, this is not a big deal for the majority of people.Price is where this thing starts to have some challenges. There are many POE injectors here on Amazon that do the same thing as this plus have other features for $10 less, one of which I have 3 of and they have worked perfectly. Not sure if you can post links to other Amazon products in the review, but search for POE injectors and the one for $15 is what I am talking about. So, it's functionally a 5-star product, but because value is a consideration in a review, it loses some stars. For me, it becomes a middle-of-the-road product because of the price.

No QA Control - Buy Name Brand and skip this brand
I have now ordered two in a row, both dead on arrival. The first one was missing 2 of 3 power connectors inside the power plug. The second one, (exchanged the first) came with the LAN port broken. Powering the device does no good if the LAN doesnt work. Will not be trying a third time. This company clearly does not have a QA department and Amazon should not allow them to be on the marketplace.

So far so good!
This is a good product at a reasonable price.

Does its job
It does its job and works well. but there is no way to mount it to anything, hiding it is difficult, and there are much cheaper alternatives out there now that I have done some additional research.

Great to install a single camera
This device inputs power through an ethernet line to use POE devices like an IP camera, which is what I'm using it for. It provides both power and networking without the need for an electrical outlet nearby for the camera to plug into. This box makes it more convenient to run long ethernet for security camera installation and works as expected. There are only two ports-- one to input network connection from my router and the other port goes out to my camera. So this only has a single device application. If you need to install multiple cameras, look for a device that can handle that. Adding splitters to this will not be sufficient.
