Hi, can this work to prevent fungus gnats and mosquitoes in soil and water? I know similar products can.

I couldn't tell you I'm afraid. I only used it when I needed to accelerate the cycle for the aquarium...which it does if you use enough of it. If you are cycling an aqaurium if its 100 litres plus buy a big bottle as it will save you in the end

How much of this product would i put in a 350ltr tank ?

I am not sure so I put 5 mls in a 50 litre tank Shane instructions are in German

Can be used in pond with koi fish ?

Theoretically yes, I use in an aquarium. Personally would check with Maidenhead Aquatics or ARKA for a definitive answer.
