These pads are great, they stay in place, but very flexible and not bulky.

This transaction was quick and easy. The elbow pad is high quality with a customizable strap that make it snug to your individual needs.

I actually didn't buy these to practice elbow strikes, but to protect my sparring partners in case I decide to throw a spinning back fist or block a roundhouse. Anyone who's eaten an errant elbow from a backfist or kicked someone only to get your instep cracked will know what I mean.For these, these pads are more than sufficient. However, even though I went a size up, they're stiff at first, and can actually cause fatigue and strain on my elbow joints. I found cutting off the straps helps, but I'll probably workout with them more regularly to get used to wearing them and to break them in.I'll update this when I start throwing elbows in sparring. I'll start with only people wearing helmets and report back in.

The horrible elbow pad design causes the bony point of your elbow to be more exposed due to the weird X crack placement.The entire elbow pad is extremely uncomfortable, poorly designed, and not even really good at keeping your own elbow, let alone your sparring buddies', safe.

My hockey elbow pads were moving around way too much and I had to mess with them all the time during games. I decided I wanted to try a lightweight sleeve pad and went with this brand. I have used them in 3 games so far and they are excellent. During the games I haven't had to think about them a single time. They stay put and do not move around. And have a nice velcro strap at the top to adjust the fit and hold. I haven't fallen on them, yet, but I think the extra padding on the elbow should suffice.

Bought these specifically for reffing ice hockey and they are PERFECT! Lots of protection, non restrictive when making calls on the ice, fit nicely under my ref jersey it’s a win for the price especially!!

Las utilizo para ir en moto en verano, cuando no llevo la chaqueta motera por calor. Protector sencillo pero suficientemente acolchado para proteger los codos en caso de caida, digamos que una de las partes más susceptibles de recibir si vamos al suelo. Busqué el mismo protector en las típicas marcas moteras y eran bastante más caros. Recomendables en general.
