Hover-1 H1-100 Electric Hoverboard Scooter with Infinity LED Wheel Lights

Been trying to get a hold of someone to help us sort out why it's not working and we aren't getting anywhere. Purchased the extended warranty through Amazon but its still covered under the manufacturers warranty. Contacted them and no response. Been going in circles trying to figure out who will help. After 5 days of use the hoverboard isn't working. You would think tech support would be more helpful!

This is not worth the money. It lasted less than 4 months. Was told to take it to a local bike shop and pay for repairs if possible. Don’t waste your money on the product brand.

Great product! Easy to ride for 9-15 year olds. However, Charge does not hold as long as advertised. Barely last an hour of riding.Charger pins are weak and prone to damage. My charger plug broke with just normal usage. Now have to shell another $30 to use it otherwise becomes an expensive doorstop.

This item failed and doesn’t balance at all! Replaced it and still fails event the second time!

My son got one for his 8 year old birthday. My 6 year old daughter loves it so much we ended up also getting her one. Design is beautiful, attractive lights, quality seems well made. Bluetooth sound is good.

I purchased this Hover-1 i100 as a gift to my 9 year-old granddaughter who wanted a hoverboard for her birthday. Her cousins all had them and she learned to ride a hoverboard using theirs. Her new i100 hoverboard worked perfectly from the beginning and she looked great riding it. Other siblings also rode it and eventually, just before the end of the 90-day warranty period, it would no longer calibrate and ride properly. This is a common problem with all hoverboards, regardless of brand.Tech support at Hover-1 was by email and they responded back to my email within a day. After following all of their instructions, I decommissioned the old hoverboard and a replacement i100 arrived about a week later. It’s been a couple weeks and the replacement hoverboard still works perfectly. When purchasing any hoverboard I would recommend buying the Amazon extended warranty. More importantly, any warranty is only as good as the company that stands behind it. Hover-1 turned out to be very strong in the support department: easy to contact and quick to solve the problem, even if it meant sending a replacement hoverboard. I won’t forget how they supported their product (and me) and will buy from them again.

Bought this for our daughter and she absolutely loves it . Good quality and this thing does go quite fast. Battery life was better than expected !
