Craft Gun and 16 Discs

Absolutely excellent. I was told that you need to add a fair bit of Trex to the sugar paste in order that the paste can be extracted easily from the gun. Also to add a little Trex inside the barrel to help. This worked perfectly and was so simple. Great attachments and so easy to fit. Not the cheapest on the market but definitely worth the extra. Delighted with the product and expect to get lots of use.

It was so very hard to push although it came out well.My hand was aching after though.

This was quite easy to use and gave very good results. I did have a problem the first time that I used it. The red gripper on the handle kept sliding off and it all sort of fell apart when I opened it to refill it. It was almost impossible for me to get it all back together without some help - very fiddly.I contacted the seller for advice and quite honestly I could not have received better service! A new one or a refund was offered immediately. I accepted a replacement and this was promptly sent out to me. I have yet to use this new one but will rate once I do.If I was rating the seller this rating would have been 5 stars!

I have wanted one of these of ages but couldn't justify buying it until now and I wish I had bought it months ago. I made 'sausages' of fondant then rolled them in a bit of vegetable oil in my hands and it worked perfectly. I have only used it on one cake the the border looks fantastic - even and really clean. I will be using this whenever I can. Very pleased with it.

Very disappointed with this product-on my first use the mechanism kept getting stuck and then the spring flew out!! I used very soft sugarpaste mixed with trex but still the gun wouldn't work. I contacted customer services who said they would fix it but not refund or replace! I sent the item back and weeks later after various emails from myself they said they had received it, tested it and found nothing wrong!! I have received it back today and used it again and once again it has jammed and won't work! Awful customer service and a very unprofessional company. If I was able to leave zero stars I would!

Within 5 minutes of using this item, it wasn't functioning correctly. When the 'handle/trigger' was pressed, very little happened - it took me almost an hour to place an thin edging of grass around an 8" round cake!!!While I totally agree that the effects it produces are very good, the price for the poor quality is very disappointing.

Excellent. Just what I needed. I'd previously bought one of the cheaper metal ones but they started flaking straight away and were much harder to use. This one is perfect for icing. If you're using petal paste just add a little bit of trex (not too much or it won't set). Normal sugarpaste goes through it fine (if not, warm it up very slightly). Very easy to use and clean

I have used this a few times but find it isn't really up to the challenge of producing professional effects. Firstly the gun action itself is stiff and despite my good strength my hands tire very quickly when working the lever. The sugar paste is too fragile for some of the disc designs and breaks up too easily on exit. Overall it has been quite a disappointing purchase and I resort to doing effects by hand.
