Love my hair again
I am a reviewer who has frizzy curly hair if I just let it have my hair have its way. This hairdryer has different adjustments for airflow, which is nice, and temperature plus the attachments make it nice to use. I have had it for about a year now. It’s easy to style my hair with it and have a blowout look. You can change the shape of the stick and lock it in place. It is kind of loose when you lock the attachments though it’s got a little wiggle room, but nothing has broken.. Works well. The cost is pretty high. If you are getting blowouts at a salon twice a week or want to. This hairdryer will save you time with going to the salon and could save money in the long run if you are going to the salon already. Otherwise, it is pretty expensive to only use a few times out of the year. It works well though and you have to know the products needed for your hair to look good.

3 compliments at church the first Sunday I used it!
This thing is amazing!! I watched a LOT of video reviews and tutorials on this and the Dyson Airwrap, but I just could not bring myself to spend the Dyson price. I looked at a few of the really cheap dupes on Amazon too, but wasn't convinced any of the positive reviews were genuine. Those seemed too risky. So when Shark came out with this model, I was intrigued. When a great Prime Day deal popped up, I jumped on it! This was the "happy medium" I was looking for, and it did not disappoint!Yes, it takes a bit of experimenting to get the hang of using it. I found that I get longer-lasting results with the curling wands using hair gel vs. mousse, for instance. And it took some time to arrive at the "right" level of dampness for my hair, but even when I use it with mousse and on hair that is too dry, my hair still looks amazing when I'm done. The curls just fall a little more quickly- but I am left with what looks like an amazing blowout with tons of body and shine. Having lived through the 90's rocking Cindy Crawford-esque full-body blowouts, this is MOST welcome for me because the look is so much easier to achieve and longer-lasting with this tool. My Day 3 hair still looks great! So IMHO, once you learn your best practices, you are pretty much guaranteed a great hair day.I also really love this as a blow dryer. I took it on a recent trip and it is FAR less bulky and easier to travel with than my regular blow dryer, in addition to drying my hair faster, at a lower temperature. It leaves my hair so soft & shiny.I had been using the Revlon one-step styler (original version) for my blowouts but I will be retiring it. It blows at a much hotter temperature than the Shark, is heavier than the Shark, and the Shark leaves my hair more shiny. That plus the additional attachments put my Shark FlexStyle way ahead of my Revlon One Step.In short, it's amazing and I love it. I got 3 compliments on my hair at Church last week! I'm excited to chuck a ton of different hair styling tools that are more bulky and don't work as well as this one and free up space in my bathroom! I can't compare the function with a Dyson because I've never used one, but I am completely satisfied with this purchase and am not left wondering if I'd have been happier shelling out a couple hundred more dollars for the Dyson Airwrap.

Christmas present for the wife
I got this for my wife on Christmas. She was looking at this and the Dyson one a few months ago and decided on the Shark because it was cheaper and seemed to perform just as well. I enjoy that she’s reduced the amount of hair straighteners, curlers, and blow dryers she’s had.

Excellent Hair Styling Tool
I recently cut my classic length hair into a long layered bob. Having had knee length and mostly classic length hair for decades, I have not used a hair dryer for a very long time. My sister has the Dyson with all the bells and whistles, but I’m a bit more frugal. I read lots of reviews and looked at lots of styling dryers before deciding on the Shark.PROS: Some people have said it’s very loud. I don’t find this to be true, but I use it on medium heat. I can even wear my hearing aids while using it and it doesn’t bother me. The swivel of the drying head for use as a blow dryer and then to attach the tools is very smooth and feels secure. The tools connect easily and stay put. I like the round brush best, but the diffuser is great too with settings for short and long hair. The cord is very long, a plus in my book. It swivels on the handle smoothly and doesn’t get all tangled up and crimped. I am still learning how to use the left and right curling attachments. Probably anyone else would be able to make these work for them easily. My hair is like cobwebs and flies away if you look at it right. I have not tried the paddle brush attachment. The dryer itself is lightweight and easy to handle. The attachments are high quality.CON: And there is only one. Sometimes when I use the round brush, a few hairs get caught between the attachment and dryer, in the spot where they are coupled together. I have to unwind and reapply the lock of hair I am working with. It occasionally pulls one or two hairs out which is a big deal for me as I have recently had a big hair fall over the last year. My hair has become very thin and sparse and I don’t like to lose any hairs. If this one thing was fixed, this would be a perfect hair tool.Overall, I am very pleased with the Shark FlexStyle. I think it was well worth the money. I’ve had it for about a month and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hair styling system.

Best dryer kit
This kit is amazing. Love the style and size of the unit. It had all the tools you need for salon hair in one package. Using this reduced my prep time in the morning by at least 20 mins.

Expensive but worth it
My daughter really wanted one of these and it’s cheaper than the Dyson. She loves all of the attachments. I also bought the Leudes Shark Style organizer from Amazon to hold all of the parts and it fits perfectly with room left for hair product
