Does it help? Maybe?
Ordered this because honestly, every guy should be thinking about their prostate health. It comes as a 30 day supply (if doing the recommended dose of 3 pills daily). Like all supplments, YMMV. What works for some will not work for others. Some have greater effects, while some have none. It's very dependent on the person taking them. As for myself, I can definitely tell these have some sort of affect on my energy, probably from all the ginseng, coffee bean extract, and tea extract. Not kool-aid man running through walls, took too much pre workout energy...but a little more pep in my step. Now, I can't give this 5 stars...and I am tempted to say it is a 3 and 4. Why? For one, the pills are just chock full of "Stuff". There is a proprietary blend, which I get is trade secret, but look at the label. There's like 25 things just crammed in there for a total weight of 1113 mg. How much of what is in there? It's a whole lot of gibberish because it could be 1112mg of tumeric and 1mg of everything else. Speaking of tumeric...it's spillimng out of somewhere because you can smell it as soon as you open the bottle, then feel it because it's spilled out of one of the capsules. And if you know tumeric...it can be bright. But as a supplement, I can say I did notice positive effects. You might too...or you might feel nothing.

Decent supplement to maintain prostate health
I'm fortunate that my prostate is still in good shape and I plan to keep it that way. I've taken supplements for that purpose for years and this item is a nice 'one stop shop' for well known and popular things like zinc, ginseng, turmeric, Dandelion Root Powder, etc. Most of the ingredients herein have been used for their antioxidant or anti-inflammatory properties for centuries. One thing that *isn't* in this product is Saw Palmetto, which has been considered the 'go to' supplement for prostate health for years. It's easy enough to find, however, so that's not a big issue here. I throw down three capsules with a meal every day and have had no issues with stomach discomfort or other side effects. This product is made in a US factory with top quality ingredients and that's always good news. As with any supplement 'your mileage may vary' in terms of efficacy but in the case of this product everything in here is well known and widely used. Highly recommended!

Don’t waste your money
Don’t work so don’t waste your time. I’ve been taking them as directed for six months or more and the only difference I noticed is my gas and burps smell bad compared to when I wasn’t taking them.

Little to no improvement
I believe it is to early to give a proper review

Probably better to take them in the morning.
I got these for my husband. He read the ingredients and wasn't overly impressed, nor was he under impressed. He said there is a lot of stuff in there that they don't disclose (proprietary blend, after all), but he does like the Vitamin C, D, and zinc. The other things listed under Proprietary Blend meet his approval except he doesn't know how many mg of each make up the 1113 mgs listed. He told me that he thinks there's quite a bit of turmeric since you can smell it when you open the bottle and you can see it a few hours later, if you know what I mean. Thus far, he is happy with the product. No adverse reactions to report. He is 64 and is doing his best to take care of his prostate. At this point he is happy with the results from Max Alpha X10ND Ultra Prostate.

A supplement that works
Ok, sometimes when I take a supplement, I can't quite tell if I'm getting the 'quoted' benefits of said item. We know we need things like 'vitamin d' and others in our lives, and usually it's when we're deficient in them that we feel the consequences - or just suffer and aren't sure why. Now, with THIS supplement, I noticed something. I felt an increase in labido and at 51 getting closer to 52, that's a nice thing. So, something is happening down there and there's no denying that it was an effect of using this particular supplement. Keep in mind that I'm an avid vitamin taker and use other supplements to battle the effects of aging (a fairly taker of nootropics for example) so this may be bolstered by the fact that my body isn't lacking in the vital vitamins, so this is in ADDITION to my regular regimen. So, I'd recommend you get your body what it needs in addition to something that focuses on the prostate so it can effectively do it's job.

More suited as a mens' energy, cardiovascular, and immune/multivitamin supplement
I buy supplements for my partner. He's in his 60s so with all the typical men's health concerns in his age demographic, I decided to get this bottle for him. First off, this isn't your typical prostate support. Most prostate support will contain ingredients such as: pumpkin seed, pygeum, stinging nettle, or saw palmetto. This bottle does not contain any of that. It does contain the herb coleus forskohlii, which has been studied in boosting testosterone. It does contain caffeinated ingredients such as green tea extract and green coffee bean extract, which probably explains the slight increase in energy that my partner observed, but he also noted that he had to get up twice in the middle of the night to pee. I'd keep an eye out for this, especially if you have a sensitivity to caffeine. The instructions on the bottle simply say to take 3 capsules by mouth once a day (and interestingly, right underneath a caution that if you're pregnant, nursing, etc., ... these first two things shouldn't be printed on this bottle as they are irrelevant to this product). You may want to take these in the morning with your breakfast and not wait until the afternoon unless you need that late day energy but taking it later in the day could increase the possible risk of the interrupted sleep & added pee trips in the middle of the night. Other than that, the other ingredients seem to support digestion/immune health, and some heart health. I'd say take a screenshot of the bottle ingredients to your provider first to see if this would be a good fit in supporting your lifestyle needs. But overall, I can't recommend this for prostate support but think it'd be okay for a mens' energy, digestion, blood pressure, and immune support multivitamin, provided that your body can tolerate caffeine.

Increases urination
Got this for my elderly dad who lives with us and has had prostate issues in the last few years. Surprisingly, this Max Alpha Ultra Prostate formula does not contain any saw palmetto, a common addition in most prostate supplements. What you get instead is over 800mg vitamin C, some vitamin D and zinc, then a proprietary blend of mostly diuretics: raspberry ketones, dandelion, ginger, green tea, green coffee bean all have diuretic properties. But the formula also contains a blend of anti inflammatories like turmeric, garlic, and aloe vera leaf. Just hard to know how much of each ingredient is actually in the 3 capsule serving… My dad has noticed an increase in urination since taking this supplement. He is still trying to work out the best time of day to take these capsules so they don’t disrupt his sleep. The proprietary blend does contain coffee, tea and ginseng so the instructions really should suggest to take in the morning or before noon, in my opinion.
