Good design and solid
Dosnt throw the the ball out as far as I expected. Still trying to train my dog with this but loses interest quite quickly. He prefers it when I use the hand ball thrower ., goes potty with that ,could throw it all day and he wouldn't get bored. So a little disappointed with the iFetch. Probably works well for different breeds and temperaments.

Doesn’t last long
Great while it lasted. Now it doesn’t work any more and there’s not much customer service response.

It works perfectly and it's very easy to use. The only warning would be that if your dog likes to wait for the ball to catch it, it will be very difficult to train them to drop the ball themselves as there's no time delay from the ball being dropped and launched. I have read that tennis balls work as well but I didnt find that to be the case. They do launch but only a few feet. Instead buy Kong balls and those work perfectly. Overall great toy, its sturdy and keeps my dog entertained.

Dennoch bereitet uns der I fetch Too ser viel Spass .

I had very bad luck with this machine. Only balls that worked were the proprietary balls. Regular tennis balls would not work. They either jammed the machine or fired off duds. The rubber "Chuckit" balls won't work. Tennis balls (and supplied balls) hold sand in the outer fluffy covering that are really bad for dog's teeth wearing them down like sandpaper. Then using the supplied balls, the range that they fly is maybe 25 feet max. Most well inside that range. Seems like a really nice family in Texas selling a machine that is Chinese made. Expensive. Packaged in three boxes. Two weeks to arrive
