Wow! What a great buy! This toilet seat is really good quality, it feels strong and being so thin, looks super stylish. I bought is as a replacement for my old toilet, I thought it might be a problem because of the shape of my toilet but the ‘d-shape’ is a perfect fit. I had looked at other seats but they were much more expensive and I wasn’t sure they would fit - this one is exactly as described.It was very simple to fit, the connectors are secured from the top so I didn’t need access under the toilet. As an added bonus it can be easily removed from the hinge mountings and completely taken off the toilet making it really easy to clean the seat and the toilet. The soft closing is great as my kids always used to just slam the lid down and know it just floats down gracefully.It arrived very quickly and was well packed.I didn’t think I could get so excited by a toilet seat but now I look forward to ‘needing to go’!

Broke after 4 years despite 10 year guarantee
Despite being sold with a 10 year guarantee, this product started warping and twisting after 4 years for no apparent reason. I tried to get a refund but was refused. Amazon's appeal system was utterly non-comprehensible and useless - just couldn't get anything lodged despite following all the guidance. Will I buy from Amazon again - despite using them for many years, probably not. Hopeless.

Slim and soft close
We love the toilet itself it’s slim and looks lovely. However it’s not brilliant white it’s more of a cream so is a different shade

Perfect fit
Fitted perfectly & the size was spot on. Took about 5 minutes to fit with a few adjustments to get it right. Pops on & off for easy cleaning which is amazing.

Perfect fit, better than original.
Check your measurements.Easy to install, minimalist design, elegant smooth close and comfy to sit on. It's a perfect fit for our B&Q Cooke & Lewis toilet. This appears to be much better quality than that rubbish was! Though I do feel it's the metal posts that the seat attaches to that are the "weak link" with this type of seat. Time will tell.

Slim,well made and very easy to fit. Quick release feature an added bonus when it comes to cleaning. Soft close mechanism seems to be very strong and I would certainly recommend to others.
