This is a great setup for adding items like your phone to your laptop computer. Keep in mind that if you change your mind these tabs are hard to remove, but it can be done with effort. There is a device to hold your phone or ipad. Also a light. They charge from a USB plug on your computer.

Okay, so I got my hands on the Rolling Square Edge Pro Tablet Kit, and honestly, I'm pretty blown away. As someone who's always trying to optimize my desk space and workflow, using my iPad as a secondary display next to my laptop is a daily thing. I've tried a few different stands and clamps over the years, and they've always been... fine. But this? This is *good*. First off, the MagSafe compatibility is a dream. No more fiddling with clamps that might scratch my tablet or trying to perfectly balance it on a flimsy stand. With this, my iPad Pro just snaps into place securely. It's such a satisfying and reassuring click, and I haven't had any worries about it wobbling or falling off, even when I'm tapping away on the screen. The magnets are surprisingly strong. The "Edge Pro" part of the name really makes sense when you see it in action. It holds my tablet right at the edge of my laptop screen (or even my desktop monitor, depending on my setup for the day) at a perfect height and angle. It's like having a seamless extension of my main display, which is incredibly handy for keeping Slack open, watching a tutorial, or just having my notes right there without taking up precious desk real estate. Build quality feels premium too. It's sturdy, doesn't feel cheap or flimsy, and has a nice, minimalist design that blends in well. Set up was a breeze, literally just attach and go. My only minor thought is that you'll obviously need a MagSafe compatible iPad (or a MagSafe case for your iPad) to get the full magic out of this. But if you're already in that ecosystem, or thinking about it, this mount is an absolute must-have. Seriously, if you use your tablet as a second screen, especially next to a laptop, you need to check this out. It's one of those things you don't realize how much you needed until you have it. Highly recommend!

Both my MacBook and iPad have cases, and I’ve had no issues. I honestly don’t understand why this gets so much hate. I absolutely love it. Sure, it might “ruin” the aesthetics, but who cares. Being able to attach a second monitor is a bigger flex than having a perfectly clean-looking laptop lid in my opinion. My only 1-star note is that if I upgraded my iPad Pro 11” to a 12.9”, I don’t think the magnet could hold it up. Overall, my productivity just went up 1,000% 👌🏽

This is a game changer. I put this on my laptop and I use one for my iPad mini or my cell phone to hold it up when working at cafés or the airport. I can take calls on one and use my laptop for work.

I really wanted to like this, I was genuinely excited to see how this would work with my MacoBook. When I unboxed and tried to use it, here's what I discovered: * You HAVE to use the adhesive magnetic plates to get the magnetic holder to work. The metal case on the MacBook does NOT have enough magnetism to work. The holder will attach on it's own to other metal surfaces, but not the computer. So you either have to glue metal plates to your laptop, or to a case on your laptop. * The adhesive metal plate has a knob that sticks up. That means the plates will catch on things. * The kit to attach a tablet is just not strong enough to hold the weight of a tablet. * I was able to get a phone to attach with the adhesive plate, however two issues there. If you tip the screem back slightly on a 2023 MachBook Pro, the weight of an iPhone 14 was enough to cause the screen to fall all the way back and not stay up. Only if you keep your screen completely upright will you be able to keep it stable. Also, the wireless charger in their kit does not work through a case. I had to take it out of the case to charge.

I really wanted to like this and really needed this to work. Unfortunately it has failed. Install was okay. I had to watch some YouTube videos on how to best do it because the instructions weren't the best. The magnets are very very strong for my tablet and so is the stickiness of the tape. And therein lies the issue. When opening my laptop just a little too much the weight of the tablet will pull the laptop backwards. I think "okay not an issue, I will just move everything down an inch or so and it will redistribute the weight s that won't happen." Unfortunately, the plates are NOT easily removed, which the videos and instruction will not lead you to believe. I used the wire that was given too me and while it's unusually long, there is a reason for that. It's because it breaks really easily. Not only that, removing everything bends the metal and you won't be able to make it flat again. And not only that, the stickiness is completely gone, so forget about trying to reapply or reposition it ever again. Once it's on, that how it stays! I think this has the potential to be a great product, but needs to be able to be reused and reapplied. If not, it clearly needs to state that that isn't an option and needs to be more clear of the issues you can have if the positioning isn't more specific. Needless to say, I just returned mine.

The product is a good idea, but the adhesives do not stick well and keep sliding off my tablet. Let me rephrase—one out of the 4 rounded disks work. If your tablet gets hot it shows your tablet will start to slide then when you take it off the "mag disk(s)" you will see that the disk itself is stuck to the disk. This may only be subject, to me. But it is quite disappointing. For the amount of money I paid I expected more. Buy at your own risk. I may look into getting a refund. I would much rather hope that the seller. Could just send me a new kit. Three pro kits would most likely be the correct amount. Three would most likely support more than just the two pairs they offer. I hope that the seller sees this report. I hope this helps anyone.

Great item it's quite easy to set up and works great the seller himelf is quite quick at responding to queries and solved my problem the magnet itself is very strong and can hold my portable monitor quite good and I think it'll work even better on tablets from my experience I would say make sure it's align properly and stick the magnets forcebly a bit more before using the magnets besides that it's very good 💯
