Question 2

Does this work with Apple TVs?

Accepted Answer

I unfortunately don't know. An Android TV box is what i use it for via the usb dongle. I also took a look at the user manual but it doesn't specify apple tv. I assume as long as apple accepts 3rd party input devices via usb then it should work. It's really a great remote it has every input you could possibly need. I charge mine nightly and it's good to use all day added bonus is that the battery is user changeable. Hope this helps best of luck.

Question 3

Can this remote replace my hisense remote model EN2G27?

Accepted Answer

It has usb dongle, so the answer is 'probably'...

Question 4

Remote stopped working, only flashes 16 times when any button is pushed. What can be done to fix?

Accepted Answer

I believe this is also the behavior I saw when the USB transceiver was not plugged in. Meaning the "flashing and does not work" is because it cannot find or is not paired with the USB transceiver. So maybe make sure the correct USB transceiver is plugged in (not one someone swapped or "thought" was the right one) and maybe go through the pairing process again if its still not communicating.
