False advertising
This isn't a single rail. It's pieces that don't even line up correctly. This is cheap and bad craftsmanship. Don't use store if they continue to sell garbage

Anchors provided don't provide much support
Very easy and straightforward to install. I think there was a piece missing to connect the rail together, but it didn't matter once assembled. As luck would have it, where the bolts for the rail line up on my wall, I did not hit any studs. The anchors held sturdy for about 20 minutes before they started pulling away from the wall. Finding heavy duty anchors for bolts this size is very hard to do.

Customer service was good
Bought this thinking it would be a great solution for a pantry door. The track comes in pieces. It is not one solid bar like it looks in the pictures. It’s not going to work in our space unfortunately, but the customer service team was extremely kind and helpful.
