Writing this review is a mistake. Just sayin…
And here’s why—-> I love the taste of this drink mix! Annnnnd, if I was somewhat smart (ha) I’d be on here sayin how much I don’t like it, or how expensive it is and whatever else I can think of so it doesn’t get so popular and have the price go way up! I mean, this is one of my favorite drinks right now because of how good it is,, but it’s also by far the most inexpensive hydration drinks out there as well. And I’d like to keep it that way, ok! My girlfriend doesn’t like it though, but she just lives to get under my nerves so that’s a load of crap. My review, so haha! Wait! Hold up a second.. Ima play it like this, ok—> This drink mix is good, I mean, it’s really really good. But,,, I believe, that the low price tag might have had a small influence on my taste buds though. In other words,,, don’t be raising that price tag up anymore than where it’s at right now, orrrrr, it just might not taste that good at any higher of a price. Ya get what I’m tryin to say here.. Not sayin my girlfriend is right,, (never happen),,, I’m just sayin… already forgot what I was just sayin.. it’s that fake sweetener,, messes with my brain.., pretty cool though…

Electrolytes are Essential
Literally my favorite electrolyte drink. It tastes super sweet in a regular 16.9 oz water bottle but if that's your thing you'll love it. . My favorite way to drink it is in my 30 oz Stanley cup. I've tried a few different water variations I'd say it's best in no less than 24 oz and no more than 40 oz. Easy to use on the go. I always have a few packets right in my purse. Helps keep me energized and hydrated. It's effective for helping me get more water in.

Vary the Amount of Water to Find What Works for You
This brand is my favorite for taste and value. Mixed into 26-27 ounces of water, this has a nice flavor without being over-powering. Non-caffinated and sugar free, It's a great deal .

Love the flavor!!
I get dehydrated often because I forget to drink water when I am really busy during the day. This helps me re-hydrate when I feel the effects. I always try to keep it on hand , especially during the summer or after a long day of cleaning!
