Where can I buy the column pieces separate? These should be offered outside of a kit ?

You can’t buy them separate. They are only in a kit.

How do you get the batteries in the car? There are no directions!

The battery compartment on both cars in my set was covered making it impossible to insert a battery—an obvious defect noted by other buyers. Since I didn’t open the set until past the return time., I resorted to snipping the cover off. This worked, and I was able to place the battery and get the cars to function. however I would’ve definitely returned if i hadn’t waited past the return period.

After inserting batteries, one of car's wheels will not turn. Suggestions?
