Has anyone bought and used this or is it a scam?

I lost my sense of taste and smell from Covid. A doctor told me to try this and I did, it works. Now you have to take the time and smell the scents 2 or 3 times a day to make your sense of smell come back. As far as the kit, if you can find the four oils cheaper, then do that. It’s clove, eucalyptus, rose, and lemon and you add a few drops into separate containers and chart how well you can smell each every day. So again, if you have the containers, you could use a blotter paper or cotton balls to hold the oil in each container separately. This will work too. The chart is how well you can smell each scent each day. So it’s the date, each scent, and can you smell the scent not at all, faintly, a little bit, or very well. Real simple, the chart is not really necessary. So to sum this up, if you can find the four oils and containers to hold a few drops cheaper, then you don’t need the kit. I could not find the oils cheaper by themselves, so I bought the kit. I lost my sense of smell in April and I bought the kit in September and within a month I gained my sense of smell and sense of taste fairly well. I don’t have a 100% back but this kit worked for me.

How often do I need to drip oil on the paper lining the jar lid?

We recommend adding a few drop of new oil every month at most. You don't need much. Be sure to securely close the lids of your smell jars and consider storing them in the refrigerator to extend the oil's life. Hope that helps!

what is the difference between the intermediate and essential kit? looks the same.....

Hello! The essentials kit contains the standard 4 scents for smell training, including rose, clove, eucalyptus, and lemon which makes up a full spectrum of scent. Our intermediate kit offers 4 alternative scents, including grapefruit, peppermint, jasmine and ginger within the same full spectrum of scents. Studies have shown that expanding your smell training to a greater variety of scents can improve results, which is why we offer the intermediate kit. It's also a matter of preference of which scents your prefer to re-train.
