I was ready to return this item as the strength of the magnet appeared very poor, but reading a previous review I saw that you need to turn the switch a FULL 180 degrees for full strength. Then it was much, much better and as advertised, avery powerful magnet. The switch is quite stiff to turn past 90 degrees but it does go and you won’t be disappointed.

Works well and isn't too difficult to switch. Amazing for picking up dropped metal objects.

Junk advertised as 100kg lifting capacity the first thing you see when you open the box is a leaflet saying rated capacity 30kg Falsely advertised and really poor magnetic force. Can’t lift 20kg would not recommend for lifting

Does the job but not as strong as advertised. Lifting a 3mm thick steel cupboard it pulls off over 25kg. When trying to ligt a solid steel anvil the most I can get it to hold is 57kg

No idea what others we experiencing but mine are much stronger than the leading brand I have ... very pleased with them.

Was hesitant to buy this with some of the poor reviews stating the weak performance but once you realise you need to turn the handle 180 degrees (see for arrow on handle and ON on the top) you'll find it works as stated.

Great little magnetic that is a lot stronger than it looks. Ensure you press and rotate handle fully to turn on/off.

Awesome 👍🏻 for that price, definitely worth it! Super strong when it's On, and almost completely off when it's supposed to be off. Makes it easier to remove material from the magnet. And the thicker the metal surfaces the stronger it gets of course, just a simple nail won't require 100kg of force to be removed obviously
