I bought this starter kit to give it a try. I was looking for a solution to reduce the amount of hand soap and bottles I was using. This comes with 1 refillable bottle and 3 fills. It it super easy to mix just pour the concentrate in the bottle and add water! The soap does come out as a foam. I use about 50% less with this compared to others! When I finally finished the first I had a refill in hand. The refillable bottle was a definite plus as I didn't have to toss another plastic bottle! The cost was also a plus because this was cheaper than most.other options including buying a big bottle of hand soap and trying to refill that way. The product itself left my hands clean and not feeling dry as the product isn't harsh. It has a mild scent and left my hands feeling wonderful!

I used filtered instead of tap water, just personal preference. The package was tricky to open but that could be just me with arthritis. I did the gentle shaking/mixing, but it didn’t look right. Before I could start mixing again I left the room and forgot all about it. When I came back an hour later it was mixed perfectly. So, mix a little and walk away, it will spread itself. The foam is perfect. I bought Aloe because I couldn’t find unscented, but the smell isn’t enough to set off my asthma. Overall, I’m very happy, but I will keep looking for unscented.

We keep these in the RV for long road trips. Never run out of hand soap. They don’t take up much room. Easy to use.

I love Foaming Hand soap, and also love the brand dial. I followed instructions and have to say this does not have that creamy foamy lather that I love. It also doesn't have that great of a smell. I'm looking to use these bottles up that I made quickly and I won't be buying again.

This is a great way to get hand soap that is better than shipping water around. My biggest issue with this soap is that finding the refills is difficult. I'm thinking Dial is no longer making this and refills are just remaining stock. I tried another product which was tablets you dissolve in water, but the resulting product was not a very good soap. So I'm back to the Dial refills.Keep up the production Dial!

I really like Dial Foaming Hand Wash Concentrate Refill Starter Kit, and it is really hard to find locally. It is a lot less wasteful than regular bottles of foaming hand soap (since you can reuse the bottle, and the concentrate packets are small and easy to store. When I saw it on Amazon, I jumped at the chance to purchase some to have on hand and to give as gifts. What I didn't like was how it was shipped. I ordered 4 boxes, and each one was sent individually in a bubble-wrap envelope (instead of together in a box), and as a result, all of them got crushed by the time they arrived! So much for using any of them for gifts! Also, one of the boxes only contained 2 packets of concentrate instead of 3, and also had a "Walgreens $3.99" sticker on the box! Hmmm? Certainly not a "new" product from Amazon, which is what I supposedly purchased!

Always used dial but like the foaming the best for kitchen and bathrooms
