Tested 3 of the recipes and they were tasty and more importantly easy to follow. Didn't have to think too hard, simply followed the clearly laid out steps and voila, a tasty dish.Bought this as a gift, but after seeing the high quality finish on the book, decided it was one for MY bookshelf!Highly recommend, and can't wait for the next one!

I was really excited to try the korma recipe after seeing it on the authors YouTube channel and reading the positive reviews for the dish. I was not disappointed! The best korma recipe I have tasted. Looking forward to trying the other recipes, they all look delicious!
