Absolutely adore that Wilson relaunched the 8802 and glad I added it to the bag. What sets this apart is the GRIP. It has the Lamkin Deep Etch and it is by far, in my opinion, the finest putter grip. Very pure, and if you prefer a softer feel, this is the putter for you. I’ve played heel shafted putters since I was a junior golfer, and the only other OEM who held a candle to this was Yonex with the Super ADX Forged putter. Overall weight is intermediate; nothing cheap about it…very high quality milling and finishing. Magnetic headcover. Aesthetically pleasing. Wilson outdid themselves.

I want to love this putter
What an amazing putter!!! Feel is amazing. Looks are top notch. Only one problem, the cost doesn’t match similar putters, being that it’s made in China. If it was $100 cheaper, it would be a no brainer.

Beautifully clean look
@ $300 this putter has much magic in it... I noticed an immediate uptick in birdies as I now anally line up putts to no end. It sure gives me hope that I can possibly make 2+ birdies in one round...
