926-959 Upgraded Full Aluminum Engine Oil Filter Housing with Oil Cooler Sensors
UPDATE: So much for supplied sensors working properly. With less than three weeks, P0520 code for Oil Pressure Sensor Circuit. Not good, this will cost more time & money to rectify issue. Original Post: Just recently, installed the 926-959 Upgraded Full Aluminum Engine Oil Filter Housing with Oil Cooler Sensors, on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee KL 3.2L. Everything installed liked it should, but there were some slight imperfections in the housing casting, but for the price it's hard to beat. I did replace the supplied seals with OEM gaskets. No leaks and both supplied sensors, have worked properly. I would have given five stars, but I'm not sure how time and milage will have on the product. So far, with less than 500 miles its works like it should and hopefully last a lot longer than the factory plastic one.

No more leaks
So after much troubleshooting with 2 jeep Cherokee of the say exact year. The seals for where the cooler mounts into the valley go bad after some time. Moving to blended stopstge leak pretty well but you need to change oil more often. Changing seals you will just have to do it again because the factory cooler fittings are a little small of which once seal breaks down at about 150k you start leaking. This cooler has a much tighter fit. I had to lube the seal and fittings to get into valley holes. But I bet I won't have a leak at this spot for the rest of the life of the engine. We are at 275k on this motor and still going strong. Rocker arm replacements, should have done lifter too. Spark plug boots and springs, don't replace coil unless actually bad. Boots and springs are $27 locally. Front shocks, lower A arms and regular wear/tear stuff. I'm happy with both the Limited and TH. Hope this helps someone. Oh I forgot to add that this aluminum oil filter cooler housing has been installed for over a year. With no issues at all with leaks. I've changed all a couple of times and the oil filter cap is so much easier to deal with. You're not worried about breaking the brittle plastic. And now it's time to do mine. The trailhawk has started leaking in the same spot. So now I'm back to buy another one and I noticed I didn't give all the information so I figured I would edit this.
