Magic Rocks Magic Sea Monsters Small Box Kit

well I followed the instructions perfectly, which are very easy i might add, and just 48 hours later I noticed a tiny tiny wiggly thing in the water. within another 2 days we found another wiggly thing and the first little triops had doubled in size at least. a couple days later we could not find the 2nd smaller little bug and after alot of reading we decided that big one must have ate the little one. (they are carnavors) its been 1 week since we added the eggs to the water and we have 1 triops that is about 1/2 inch big! I am actually thinking of adding him to my guppy tank soon. I am very happy with this "toy". We bought sea monkeys the same day and its been a week and still no luck on them.. i think these are much "sturdier" creatures and easier to raise. I would recommend these for sure!! and the tank doesnt leak, it is pretty small....maybe holds about 3 cups of water. and we got a thermometer and keep the tank at 78- 80 degrees using a desk lamp about 8-9 inches from it.

I followed the instructions but nothing ever hatched it grew. I let it continue to sit for another week and the only thing that grew was mold on top of the water!

Didn't get triops U got sea fairies which I didn't want muy kids were disappointed because of it the tiny aquarium is great & the background is really nice it came with food & instructions but it fails in it's promise off hatching triops.

Brought this for my son for Christmas we followed directions. Filled with water and added what looks like sawdust to the water half like stated waited 2 days nothing waited another two days nothing eggs never hatched so it was a waste of money

This was not as expected!! You have to actually "tape" the back ground on the plastic tank. It is not attatched at all. AS of yet, no sea monkey's.... ALso, you have to keep the water temperature at a constant temp., but they don't give you any type of way to monitor it, and I do not recall reading that in the product information. More trouble than it was worth.

Followed directions to the letter on all 4 tanks purchased and never saw a single sea monster. Wont do that again. Shipping was fast though

Got it as a Christmas gift for my son. Waited 4 days and saw the little guys. They are pretty hardy even after my cats played in the water they survived
