My family and I liked it. Man! I was so excited when I found this on Amazon. I didn't like the price but I really wanted to try it. I made pepper steak in beef broth and creamy mushroom sauce. It had bell peppers, fresh onions, garlic, freeze dried spinach and this bok choy/pak choy. I cooked it on the stove until nice and bubbling. It turned out great. My only issue is that the bag is really small and the instructions are not in English. I measured out ¼ cup. A little goes a long way with freeze dried and dehydrated produces. I went to eBay and found a bigger bag of it. Maybe Amazon will also get a bigger bag soon.
