Unfortunately it no longer would hold a charge and when I contacted customer support, they were amazing and quickly wrote back to inform me that a replacement tablet was on its way. This is my second purchase of this tablet. First one bought August 2024, and is used every morning to read my email, online news, and web search. Also use it to read e-books. The second one I purchased a week ago for my son to view pdf textbooks in his aviation maintenance class. Tablet boots quickly, has beautiful screen, strong battery, and quick response. We both find them perfect for our needs. Neither of has used the keyboard or mouse. I highly recommend this tablet.
